The front desk staff are great! Very knowledgeable when it comes to answering questions about insurances, estimated procedure costs and making sure your appointments coincides with your working schedule. The dentist and dental hygienist are great, very thorough and provide you with helpful information regarding your dental visit, how to improve dental hygiene, and products available to sustain clean and healthy teeth. Dr. Simmons is very knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable during your exam. The office staff is very friendly and the practice is conveniently located and easy to get to. I love that Dr. Tess asks you what your hopes and dreams are before your exam. She is sincerely interested in Your expectations regarding your care. The hygienists are also very friendly and also very welcoming and help put you at ease!
